By accessing or using Loki's Learning Hub ("LLH", "the platform") you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

To access most features you must create an account with accurate, current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us promptly of any unauthorised access or security breach.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful, educational purposes and in compliance with these terms and applicable laws. You must not interfere with the operation, security or integrity of the service or other users' access to it.

Courses, assessments and learning materials are provided for your personal educational use. Content may be updated, added or removed over time. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that all material is complete, current or error-free, and it should not be treated as professional advice.

All platform content, branding, design, code and course materials are owned by or licensed to Loki's Learning Hub and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

When using the platform you agree to:

• Provide accurate account and profile information.
• Respect other learners and platform staff.
• Keep your credentials secure and not share your account.
• Comply with all applicable laws and these terms.

You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, data or other accounts.
• Scrape, harvest or redistribute platform content without permission.
• Upload malicious code or disrupt the service.
• Use the platform to harass, abuse or harm others.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.

We may suspend or restrict your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or created risk to the platform or other users. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loki's Learning Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

You may stop using the platform and close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access where required by law or in line with these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — such as intellectual property and liability — will continue to apply.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any policies referenced within them, form the entire agreement between you and Loki's Learning Hub regarding the platform. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
